INTRODUCTION
The ambience at Locanda al Colle is that of a warm, country house. Its three floors accommodate several interesting rooms and suites, decorated with sophisticated taste and unique pieces that add a great deal of character to the space. Interesting finds, ranging from the art deco style of the 1920s ttrough the vintage designs of the 40’s 50’s and70’s, give life to an elegant and harmonious atmosphere in which peace and privacy reign.

All of our rooms have a King-Size Simmons World Class beds and mattress with a memory foam top, ensuring a superb nights sleep. White linen sheets, duvet covers, and bath towels are made by Rivolta Carmignani, and toiletries are none other than the Tuscan natural line, Erbario Toscano. All our rooms have a marvelous rain shower by Hans-Grohe.

Each floor has a cozy living room and a serene terrace, areas in which guests can take advantage of the quiet and tranquility that permeates the property.
In the morning, the scent of fresh sourdough and pastries wafts through the guesthouse.
Gian Luca, our Executive Chef, comes to us after many years at a Michelin restaurant, seeking a convivial atmosphere in which to skillfully recreate traditional dishes with contemporary flair. Three times a week you can join the chef in the kitchen as he prepares creative dishes based on traditional recipes of the province of the Versilia. With his expert technique and dedication to the highest quality ingredients, Gian Luca creates plates for the refined palate.
