The 27 rooms, suites and villas are all individually designed and located all over the estate. Some are in the main 18th century house, some in beautifully- renovated rural buildings, like an ancient palmento wine press, and others are housed in new, sustainably-built constructions that are light and spacious. Local materials like lava-stone, Etna chestnut-wood parquet and Sicilian tiling are combined with superb Italian designed furniture and original art.

With two restaurants: Locanda Nerello serving creative cuisine, and a poolside restaurant which is perfect for casual dining, the hotel champions slow food and many of the ingredients served are grown on the farm or are sourced from zero-km producers. Charming Convivium Bar serves imaginative Sicilian cocktails and the extensive grounds and scenic pool offers plenty of natural beauty. The expert hotel team can arrange Sicilian cooking classes with the Chef, Etna wine tastings guided by the head sommelier, horseriding, yoga, private boat trips and even helicopter tours from the estate's own helipad, to explore the volcano and coastline.
